ORDER
(made by M. SUNDAR, J.) After some arguments, Mr. R.P. Ruban Chackravarthi, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'writ petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner or any other person concerned with the matter to send a fresh representation. Learned counsel had to resort to withdrawal as there is no mention (in the representation) about the survey number 372 for which mandamus has been sought. Therefore, the request of the writ petitioner to withdraw the captioned WP with liberty is acceded to.
