These Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 3106 days and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and to bring on record the respondent Nos.1 to 5 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent as array them respondents 2 to 6 in the appeal.

2. Notice to all the respondents in all the civil miscellaneous petitions has been served.

3. I have gone through the affidavit carefully and I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.

4. Since the suit is of the year 1991, post the second appeal for hearing on 06.04.2023.
