The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the respondent has withdrawn the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.25 of 2014, on the file of Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli and as such, nothing survives for adjudication.

2. In view of the subsequent events relating to the withdrawal of the proceedings by the respondent, there is no question of adjudicating the transfer petition filed by the petitioner.

3. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
