ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondents police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2020, on the file of the second respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a false complaint has been given against the petitioner and he has nothing to do with the said allegations. He further submitted that Interstate Anticipatory bail may be granted to him to enable him to move the appropriate jurisdictional Court for necessary relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of six weeks.
4. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of six weeks ie., till 08.09.2020, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate.
