PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 17.03.2025 made in refusal check slip Reference No.RFL/1 Joint-I Sub Registrar Virudhachalam/123/2025 refusing to registrar sale deed dated 17.03.2025 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to registrar the said sale deed and to return the documents on its registration forthwith.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sent a letter to the Registry dated 22.05.2026 for listing this Writ Petition under the caption "for withdrawal" as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the same caption.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as the dispute concerning the registration of the sale deed has now been resolved. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
