ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, B-1, North Beach Police Station, Parrys, Chennai, every day 10.30 a.m., until further orders. imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4048 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4048 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, once a month, i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
