7.Manonmaniam Sundaranar University Rep by its Registrar Tirunelveli : Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Declaration to declare the impugned enactment Tamil Nadu Arunthathiyars (Special Reservation of Seats in Educational Institutions including Private Educational Institutions and of appointments or post in the Services under the State within the reservation for the Scheduled Castes) Act 2009 (Act 3/2009) as null and void and it is ultra virus to the Constitution of India 1950 and to declare its consequential G.O.(Ms) No.50 dt.29.4.2009 issued by the 3rd respondent as null and void and also to declare the advertisements in i.
