These appeals were dismissed as withdrawn on 21.06.2023, but subsequently on the applications filed by the third respondent-Kavitha seeking recall of the order stating that the appeals have been withdrawn by the appellant behind her back, the abovesaid order was recalled and the appeals were restored to file.

2. Today when the matter was taken up, all the learned counsel before this Court submit in unison that the parties have arrived at a settlement and the third respondent has also filed an affidavit giving consent for the appellants to withdraw the appeals.

3. The aforesaid affidavit is recorded and these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. Registry to refund the Court fee subject only to standard / applicable statutory deductions, if any.
