2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10820 of 2020, dated 21.07.2020, in Crime No.811 of 2020 has not been complied with and he would seek further time.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is granted for further period of two weeks to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court as ordered by this Court from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petitioner for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
