The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.19 of 2019 registered by the respondent police for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 452, 324 and 302 of IPC read with Sections 3 and 4(b) of Explosives Substances Act, 1908.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to the judicial custody on 18.07.2020 in Crime No.19 of 2019 and hence, this petition seeking anticipatory bail become infructuous.
