ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to respondent to make subdivision of the petitioner's land measuring to an extent of 1 acre in S.No.333 A3A10, 2.49 1⁄2 acres in S.No.333 A1K and (23 1⁄2 + 0.01) 24 1⁄2 acres in 1/4

S.No.333 A1I, Elaiyamuthur Village, Udumalaipettai Taluk, Tiruppur District and consequently to provide File Measurement Book (FMB) sketch by measuring (conducting survey) and demarcating the boundary stones by considering the online application of the petitioner dated 06.04.2023 and representation dated 01.03.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a application on 06.04.2023 with a request for sub-division of petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 06.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for sub2/4

division of the lands measuring to an extent of 1 acre in S.No.333 A3A10, 2.49 1⁄2 acres in S.No.333 A1K and (23 1⁄2 + 0.01) 24 1⁄2 acres in S.No.333 A1I, Elaiyamuthur Village, Udumalaipettai Taluk, Tiruppur District, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
