ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to sanction the pensionary benefits to the petitioner payable to S.Chellan, PC 590. 2.The petitioner states that her husband Late.S.Chellan served in the Police Department and during the year 1998 he was terminated from services. He filed O.A.No.4427 of 1992 and the order of termination was set aside and he was reinstated in service and thereafter, allowed to retire from service. 3.The learned Government Advocate relying on the counter filed by the Superintendent of Police, Dharmapuri contended that all the terminal benefits due to the deceased employee were settled as below: Sl.
