O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.06.2015 in CSR.No.506 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint, it is alleged that the opposite party has borrowed money from the petitioner and that she is not repaying the amount. When the petitioner demanded money, the opposite party is threatening the petitioner.

4. Since the matter is civil in nature, positive direction cannot be issued for registering a case and therefore, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
