The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's GPF Application dated 27.1.2016 pending with him within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.

When the matter is called today, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition has already been complied with by the 2nd respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
