He further states that, if the petitioner cooperate with the enquiry, the enquiry will be completed within a period of three weeks.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner herein to cooperate with the enquiry without any deviation and on such cooperation, the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps till completion of enquiry.
