This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to record statement from the witnesses and file final report before the jurisdictional magistrate in crime No.150 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation is almost over and if two months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court.
