This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register the complaint dated 26.01.2015 preferred by the petitioner and to investigate the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It seen that on a complaint given by the petitioner's mother Dhanapackiam, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.45 of 2015 and final report was also filed against the accused in C.C.No. 38 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirukovilur and fine amount has also been paid.

4. Now, it is alleged by the petitioner that when he went to the village, he has been unnecessarily threatened by the opposite party. Since the accused have already been convicted and if there is any further threat or assault on the petitioner, liberty is given to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint to the respondent police and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
