This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.986 of 2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Today, Mr.T.Sundaramoorthy, Inspector of Police, G3, Kilpauk Police Station is present. It is seen that the petitioner has been put in possession of the property, from where, she was illegally dispossessed.
4. This Court records its appreciation to Mr.T.Sundaramoorthy, Inspector of Police, G-3, Kilpauk Police Station, for the swift action taken by him in restoring possession to the victim.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, Final Report has also been filed in Crime No.986 of 2015 before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore and the same has not been taken on file.
