ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 14.08.2019, seeking necessary action against the fourth respondent for running an unauthorised lodge.
2. It is seen that, after a period of five years, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh representation on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
