CRIME NO.14 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to further relax the conditions imposed on 08.04.2022 in Crl MP.NO.4777 of 2022 in Crl.OP.NO.3559 of 2022 in Crime No.14 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police that the petitioners shall report before the KTC Nagar Police Station, Tirunelveli daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders and thereby render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.NAMASIVAYAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4777 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3559 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioners are complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer as and when required and before the KTS Nagar Police Station, Tirunelveli daily at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4777 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3559 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer on the 1st & 15th of every English calender month till the completion of investigation and filing of the final report, instead of appearing before the Investigating Officer as and when required and before the KTS Nagar Police Station, Tirunelveli daily at 10.30 a.m. No further modification or extension will be granted.
