This application has been filed to condone the delay of 224 days in filing the written statement of the second defendant in the above captioned suit.

2. Mr.D.J.Adinarayanan, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.J.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for fifth respondent would submit that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the first and fifth respondents has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
