This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering with their enjoyment with the property at Sembedu Village. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that this petitioner has given a complaint against one Palani, based on which, the petition enquiry is being conducted in CSR.No.205 of 2015.

4. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and the police is directed to take action in accordance with law.
