This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 26.12.2014 and investigate the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the allegations made in the complaint, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari v.
