JUDGEMENT This civil suit has been filed for partition and separate possession of half share in the suit property to the Plaintiff and for costs of the suit.

2. The Plaintiff, E.Ramakrishna alias Ramakrishna Emmadi, the 1st Defendant, Dr.Pamela Emmadi, wife of late Dr.E.Gopalakrishna and the 5th Defendant Rakesh Kumar Bohra are present. It is represented that the Defendants 2, 3 and 4 have no existing right over the suit property. The Plaintiff, the 1st Defendant and the 5th Defendant have entered into a Memo of Compromise dated 6th July, 2017, which has been produced before this court

Srcm today. They have signed the said Memo of Compromise on each and every page. It is also signed by their learned counsel and a sketch has also been annexed to the said Memo of Compromise. According to the sketch, the portion marked as 'A' goes to the Plaintiff, namely, E.Ramakrishna alias Ramakrishna Emmadi along with the existing old building and the portion marked as 'B' which is a vacant land, has been sold by the 1st Defendant to the 5th Defendant, to whom it has been allotted. The said Memo of Compromise dated 6th July 2017 is recorded. This civil suit is decreed in terms of the said Memo of Compromise dated 6th July 2017, which shall form part of the decree.
