ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to issue of suitable orders directing the respondents 1 to 5 to comply with the order dated 26.2.2020 in W.P.No.575 of 2020, falling which to punish the respondents 1 to 5 for disobedience and pass suitable orders.

2.When the matter was taken up today, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent CBI, submitted that the Central Bureau of Investigation has recalled the Red Corner Notice and subsequently, vide the communication letter of the Assistant Director of CBI, a request has been made to remove it from its official website and also it has been removed from the publication made by CBI. Hence the order of this Court in W.P.No.575 of 2020, dated 26.2.2020 has been complied with. The relevant communications in this regard are placed before this Court, which is recorded.
