O R D E R

This writ petition was filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to furnish the certified copy of the order passed in RC. No.13962/1 /C2/S1m, dated 28.10.2020.

2.When the matter came up for hearing on 21.04.2023, this Court directed the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Board, to take instructions as to whether any orders were passed pursuant to the notice that was issued in R.C.No.13962/19/C2/S1m dated 28.10.2020.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel produced the proceedings of the Wakf Inspector in e/f/$p/v!;/vz;/267-nryk;/t/M-nryk;2020 ehs;/ 20.11.2020. On going through the same, it is seen that no further orders were passed and it has only been recorded that many persons had refused to receive the summons. 4.In view of the above, there is no question of availability of a certified copy of the order when the proceedings itself has not reached its logical end.
