This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 09.02.2026, passed by the Trial Court namely the XXI Additional City Civil Court at Allikulam, Chennai, in I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.3822 of

2024. The aforesaid order was passed by the Trial Court in an application filed by the petitioner seeking leave to defend the suit. 2.Under the impugned order, conditional leave to defend has been granted by the Trial Court by directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-to the credit of O.S.No.3822 of 2024. Aggrieved by the conditional leave to defend granted by the Trial Court, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner made his submissions in support of this Civil Revision Petition. After hearing the submissions, this Court expressed its view that this Court is not inclined to entertain this Civil Revision Petition. 4.At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would now submit that the petitioner is willing to deposit the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- as directed by the Trial Court in the impugned order, provided sufficient time is granted for the petitioner to deposit the said amount. 5.The learned counsel for the respondent is also present.

6.By consent of learned counsel for the respondent, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.3822 of 2024 on the file of the XXI Additional City Civil Court at Allikulam, Chennai, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On deposit of the said sum within the stipulated time, the petitioner is granted conditional leave to defend the suit in O.S.No.3822 of 2024 on the file of the XXI Additional City Civil Court, at Allikulam, Chennai, failing which the Trial Court shall pass a decree as prayed for, with costs. 7.With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
