The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal within a period of two weeks. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of two weeks from today. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.

Being Mentioned This matter having been listed under the Caption for Being Mentioned on 29.09.2015 Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.09.2015 and made herein in the presence of the aforesaid Counsels on the eitherside the Court made the following Order: This writ petition is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by order dated 01.09.2015, the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of the order. Since the copy of the order has been received by the petitioner only on 25.09.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to file appeal. 3.Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, further two weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to file appeal.
