O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.348 of 2024 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents police had completed the investigation in Crime No.348 of 2024 and a final report was also filed on 25.03.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi. The Trial Court has taken cognizance of the offence, and the case has been taken on file as C.C.No.276 of 2025.
