This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.03.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Despite intimation to the respondent police, they have not given any instructions to the O/o.The Public Prosecutor. On perusal of the typed set of papers, it is seen that petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 20.03.2015 given by the petitioner, inasmuch as the summons has also been issued to the petitioner.
4. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
