ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the tenant, against whom the the impugned order has been passed for the violation of provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

2. On a query, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner being the bank requires some time to find alternative accommodation.

3.In such view of the matter, we are inclined to grant a further period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to relocate its office.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly granting four months time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioner to vacate the premises. No costs.
