O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 29.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's parents are accused in crime No.277 of 2015 for offence under Section 420, 465, 467, 471 r/w 34 IPC.

4. On reading of the complaint dated 29.07.2015, it appears to be a counter blast for the action taken by the police against the petitioner's parents, inasmuch as a defense is being set up by the petitioner. Therefore, no direction can be given to the police to register an FIR. However, the petitioner has stated that his car and other articles have been taken away by the police. The police is directed to enquire into this aspect and if the car and other articles are available, they may be produced before the Magistrate.
