The writ petition is filed with a prayer to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2024.
2. Upon hearing the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and perusing the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the representation, it can be seen that the petitioner's grievance is that when the petitioner occupied the quarters provided by the respondent Board in the official capacity, now after her retirement, by taking into account the transfers that are made in respect of her postings, suddenly thrice the rental value is now claimed and on that basis, No Objection Certificate is not granted. The petitioner therefore had made the present representation pointing out that there is no mandatory condition with reference to 30 kilometres and seeking to re-consider the issue.
