2. It is seen that however in the verification to the plaint, the name of Sunil Kapoor had been given.

3. In view of the fact that by this amendment there is not going to be any change either in the cause of action or in any other material aspect and having also heard the learned counsel for the respondent/defendant, the application is allowed.

4. The Registry is requested to carry out the necessary amendment in the short cause title and in the statement of addresses by amending the name of the Managing Director from Mr.Sunil Kumar to Mr.Sunil Kapoor.
