This suit has been listed today, under the caption 'for being mentioned'

at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the second para of the Order, in the first line, it should be 'for grant of Letters of Administration' and third line from bottom of the first page instead of first respondent, it should be first petitioner and in para 4 of the Order, instead of testatrix in all the places it should be testator and hence, seeks for correction of the same.

3. In view of the above submissions, in the Order in O.P.No.12 of 2023, dated 25.03.2024, the registry is directed to incorporate the above corrections and issue fresh Order copy to the parties concerned.
