O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner herein on 03.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is an advocate and that, he had spent money for the opposite parties. The opposite parties have given an undertaking in Non Judicial Stamp Paper, wherein, it is stated that on account of their poverty condition, they are not able to pay the money to the petitioner and assured that they will pay the money soon. Now, it is alleged by the petitioner that the opposite parties are not paying the money.

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, it is not a fit case in which direction to the police can be issued to register FIR. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
