ORDER

This petition is filed under the caption for clarification. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that when CRL.O.P.No.6243 of 2019 came before this Court on 25.09.2019, he has not appeared before this Court whereas on that date, he was in the college. Therefore, he seeks a clarification. Further, it is stated that he has filed an application to appear as party-in-person on a later date i.e., on 28.11.2019. Therefore, this aspect has to be clarified. 3.The main grievance of the party-in-person is that the appeal is pending against him has not been disposed by the Sessions Court. 4.It is relevant to note that on 25.09.2019, no orders have been passed and the matter has been adjourned. No adverse orders whatsoever has been passed against him.

5.Learned Single Judge has clearly recorded his presence. When the Court has recorded the presence and order presumes utmost sanctity that cannot be questioned later.
