O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 4 not to allow the fifth respondent to open and run the arrack shop, except at the place mentioned in the Government Order, dated 08.06.2015. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for both sides.
3.
Though notice was ordered in this Writ Petition on 01.07.2015, no interim orders were granted. From the counter affidavit filed by respondents 1 to 4, it is evidently clear that the fifth respondent was the successful bidder in the auction conducted, and he has remitted the amount, and he has commenced the operation from 01.07.2015 and the license period comes to an end on 30.06.2016.
In the light of the above, the question of granting the relief, as sought for by the petitioner, in this Writ Petition, does not arise. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS V ) /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar sd To 1.
