O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to give promotion or redesignate the post from Assistant Community Organiser to Community Organiser under SJSRY Scheme with all benefits and to grant arrears of salary to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 24.07.2020.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2020 within a time stipulated by this Court.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought by the petitioner's counsel, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case pleaded before this Court, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
