Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in Deficiency Memo dated 19.06.2020 in Ref.No. 248/ 2020/A1 and quash the same. and direct the Respondents to restore the petitioners registration under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Service Act 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue this writ petition in so far as he states that the authority has already granted the relief sought and has filed a memo dated 14.08.2020 to this effect.
