Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in I.A.No.305/2014, 275/2014 in O.A.No.168/2014 dated 25.11.2014 in so far as it imposes the condition to deposit Rs.2 Crores on or before 1.1.2015 is concerned and quash the same.

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Learned counsel the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the Appellate Forum within a period of one week and makes endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take re-course to the Appellate Forum under the provisions of Law. If the appeal is preferred within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the question of limitation need not be considered by the Appellate Forum. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs.
