Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue orders, writs or directions more particularly a Writ of Certiorai, calling for the records of the Second Respondent pertaining to the fraudulent registration of the Settlement Deeds dated 15.12.2021 registered vide Doc.No.10592/2021 & Doc.No.10599/2021 in favour of the Fifth Respondent and the Petitioner, in respect of the subject properties at No.10/38F, Nellikaran Street, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai-600019, Tiruvallur district, Tamilnadu" and "No.4/37, Kalaignar Nagar First Street, Wimco Nagar, Chennai-600057, Tiruvallur District, Tamil nadu" respectively, quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
