2. Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] by 2 petitioners with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

3. Adverting to the support affidavit, Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned counsel submits that the cause of action is common and petitioners have already paid separate court fee.
