These petitions have been filed to release the petitioners on bail in in crime No. 45 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police arrested one Ajagu Chindedu Onochie while negotiating the college students to sell the cocaine. Thereafter, found 107 numbers of while colour small pockets of powder in the form of small balls and it was weighed about 120 grams. Further he confessed that he used to receive cocaine through his wife and make it as 1 gram packet and sell the same to the college students and also to the petitioners. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that based on the confession statement the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Further, the petitioners are ready to abide any condition as impose by this court. On the other side, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side ) submitted that the petitioners were found to be in illegal possession of 1.008 grams of cocaine which is commercial quantity.

4. On seeing the gravity of the offence and also the contraband seized from the petitioners is commercial quantity. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed.
