O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Gingee to dispose of the O.S.No.365/2015 within a time frame may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first respondent has filed suit in O.S. No.365 of 2015 for declaration and permanent injunction. In the aforesaid suit the first respondent has filed an I.A. No.1445 of 2015 before the District Munsif, Gingee for temporary injunction. After hearing both the parties, the Court below has granted status quo in the aforesaid application. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that written statement has been filed in the year of 2016, now the suit is posted for "framing issues". Therefore, the present Civil Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

3.Considering the facts and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits and this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif, Gingee to dispose of the O.S. No.365 of 2015, in accordance with law, after providing opportunities to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
