ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Para 7 in Crl.O.P.No.5221 of 2026 dated 02.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5221 of 2026 dated 02.03.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the concerned Magistrate.
