Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to act upon the representation dated 07.01.2019 made by the Petitioners for surveying the roads comprised in Survey No. 113/1B1A/1 and Survey No. 114/1A2 and the lands in Survey No. 113/1B2 and take further action in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for directing the First Respondent to act upon the representation dated 07.01.2019 made by the Petitioners for surveying the roads comprised in Survey No. 113/1B1A/1 and Survey No. 114/1A2 and the lands in Survey No. 113/1B2 and take further action in accordance with law.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that the survey of the lands has been completed on 20.08.2019 and the First Respondent has filed a report to that effect. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, who has received a copy of the same, has made an endorsement to that effect. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
