This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to take steps through Substitute service in any News Paper publication to the respondent namely Mr.Vinod Kumar, Cosmot Foundation No.11, Dr.Thomas Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 17.

2. It is seen that notice sent to the respondent was returned as "no such person". Therefore the present petition is filed.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to take substitute service through paper publication in "Makkal Kural", Tamil News Paper circulating in and around Chennai edition mentioning the date of hearing as 19.08.2024 for the case in CMP.No.14346 of 2024 in SA.SR.No.117440 of 2023.

4. Post the matter on 19.08.2024.
