Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondent police to register a case as against the cited accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.01.2015 made to the respondent police in petition No.19 of 2015 on his file in accordance with law on merits and investigate the same as per Honble Supreme Court of India Judgment in Writ Petition (Criminal) No.68 of 2008 dated 12.11.2013 in Lalitha Kumari -Vs- Govt. of U.P. & Ors.

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondent police to investigate the petitioner's complaint dated 21.01.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the allegations made in the complaint, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari v.
