(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this petition has been wrongly filed by the petitioner without impleading National Investigation Agency and he would also submit that the Appeal will only lie before the Hon'ble Division Bench against the order of dismissal since the petitioner is charged for the offences under Section 13 and 18 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act 1967 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
